Stemming from the most robust benefits information ever compiled for legal marketers, the Legal Marketing Association is thrilled to host an informative tool that calculates the average salary for 6 of the 8 roles defined by the association.

LMA periodically measures and reports salary and benefits data as a service to its members and the profession. The calculator linked below reports results as of July 1, 2008.

Please note that in order to preserve anonymity of those responding to the survey, salary projections will not appear when there are fewer than four valid responses in a particular category.  Additionally, accepted research standards show statistics based on small samples have unknown sampling error and are not reliable.  We want to make you aware that in this benchmark survey, the responses from CMOs in large firms are under-represented. Please keep this fact in mind when interpreting results and consider gathering salary information from a variety of reliable sources.
